Let's try those with presidential hopes.
We have Obama, Clinton, McCain Kerry and whoever else you care to add to the
mix.
Who do ya like and why.and who don't ya and why??

I don't like McCain because I think he is a hypocritial a.s, he likes
to play the "Vet" card but he does more to screw with the military then
to help it. Clinton, I don't care for because I don't think she has
done a good job as a Senator in NY and if she were to get elected, we
would have some one named Bush or Clinton running the country for the
last 20 years.
I would LOVE to see Obama win. I love all that I have heard about him.
He is extremely educated, speaks clearly, seems to be up front and a
little more trust worthy then others. Plus I think he is just what we
need to change things, it''s time for someone who is young and willing
to shake things up a little..

I like McCain for more reasons that I care to list here. One cannot
side step the fact that he is the serious candidate. Clinton ... self
explanitory. Kerry ... self explanitory. I like the *idea* of Obama
... but honestly ... he kinda comes off as a "yes man", IMO.
McCain is not afraid to stand up for what he believes in, no matter who
it pisses off. And ... he can actually balance a check book, which is
a helluva lot more than any other Republican can do.

Here you go, lets throw this one into the mix. Edwards for pres with
Obama as his running mate for vice.

Hrm ... too early to comment. I only remember Edwards after he agreed
to Vice for Kerry. I don't really remember what he stood for when he
was running for Prez.
It's possible, I guess. He should distance himself from Kerry. He's
like a boat anchor at this point.

Agreed! As a vet, he has been a disappointment. He just mouthed the party
line. Afraid to say anything different.

I'm thinking so. Be nice to see a person with few string's and not beholden
to many interest's.
Oddly, I liked Rudy, I read his book. A pretty good read by the way. But as
with most republicans he also spouts the usual bs. They just seem to get
into lockstep. Guess that is why they controlled the house and senate for so
long.
Obama for me, unless somebody else jumps in worth looking at.

I like McCain for his moderation. We need someone "in the middle"
of the political spectrum but unfortunately, our primary system
gives us choices of either too liberal a Dem or too conservative
a Republican.
Guiliani might be OK but he's farther to the Right (I think) than
what I'd like to see.
Don't want to see Hillary. She would pretty much be the equivalent
in divisiveness to Conservatives as GW is to Liberals. We don't
need it.
Obama is an unknown (thus his popularity at the moment). He might
be OK after he gets more Senate time and his actual political record
doesn't sink him. Edwards? Don't know.
Kerry, Gore??? Forget it!

I'd like to see someone in office who is common sense, likes
limited government and less intrusive government. But we havn't
had someone like that since Ronald Reagan. I'd love to see Ronnie
back in office, or someone just like him.
