My 2003 Ram with a hemi has this weird reddish "paint" inside the oil
cap. I thought the dealer was BSing me when he said "they all have it",
they really do! He opened up three trucks in the service write up, and
all of them had at least some of it inside the cap.
I haven't caught the dealer in a lie yet. Amazing.
