6 speed high idle

is their a way to enable the high idle through the cruse controls on a
07 5.9 ctd 6 speed ?

On an 04, it has to see the automatic in park to work. Will not work on an
04 six speed according to my dealer. Mine does go into high idle if it's
cold and it idles a while.

a while back Ken posted a clutch switch kit issued by Cummins/Mopar that
would allow the 6 speed to use the high idle feature. later today if i get
time i'll search the archives and see if i cant find that information.
