My blinkers work sometime and sometime they don't. Where might the blinker
switch be? Thanks

It's that little stalk sticking out the left side of the steering wheel.

But it's more likely you are just out of Blinker Fluid. You can get more
here:

Go and check the bulbs, you probably have one out.
