The right side is constantly lit, when the key is in ON position.

I did change out some bulbs, then it started working fine, but today the
light stays on the whole time even when the switch is not in the position of
the afflicted one. When you put the switch in the position for the right
side, it will blink, though very slowly. Once every 20-30 seconds?

Thanks

it sounds like you have a ground wire problem still.
ohm meter the ground wire from the plugback to the battery terminal.
use the lowest ohm scale and look for near zero ohms
add-ons: trailer hitch plugs, plow light packages , among others many can
cause weird problems.
An aftermarket radio can cause weird elecrtical problems too
if it does not have a good solid ground.

Irrelevant! GeekBoy's question is "Once every 20-30 seconds?"

We're not there, GeekBoy, but you can count 'one-one-thousand,
two-one-thousand, three-one-thousand...' and so on to measure the interval.

No..try READING the SUBJECT and you will see a question posted there.

If you cannot see it, most operating systems have the ability to enlarge the
text so people with seeing disability can read  better.

So you don't know where to place a question. Why don't you just put your
whole post into the subject line?

Magnifying it just makes your error bigger.

Thanks for that info... The vehicle has both after market old radio, and
hitch wiring.

The right side head lamps are also half as bright as left side.

So that's a big clue. And your trailer probably does not even have head
lamps.

DING! That is the bell announcing a winner. You have a ground problem,
probalby near the lamp socket.

Strange thing is, today I go to look for it and the problem is gone for the
blinkers.
The function properly until I turn the headlights on, then do the same hing
for the right side again. Looks like a ground to the headlight problem. Oh
where to look, since most of the wiring is located in that plastic wire
tubing. Guess that gives me an area to look closer where the wires are not
inside that tubing.

Thanks

I would concentrate on the area around the lamp socket first, if for no
other reason than that the problem went away for awhile when you changed
bulbs.

Not the least bit strange. Bad ground.

Does this vehicle have a particular year it was made and maybe even a
certain Model?

What's a inficator and why don't I have one. 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 SWB 2 Door
hood and a tailgate. Oh yeah its a 4.7 a/c still only works on driver side
even though its single control (maybe I'll tear into the dash when weather
gets cooler) and it came with a aftermarket tool box. Do I need one?

Hard to say if you need a tool box or not, but I find mine handy both
for tools (duh...) and for a cooler to store stuff when I go grocery
shopping. The tool box is much cooler thna the cab in the summer. I'd
say since you have it keep it. <bseg>

For the A/C, maybe a hose came off?

I wish it was a hose but the electronics is smarter than me!!!  When I
forget to turn off the inficator it dings a bell. I'd say probably a
electronic high priced motor. Maybe I ought to start riding in the tool box.

Bwa-ha-ha... I can see it now!
