The survival of the fittest is the ageless law of nature, but the fittest are rarely the strong.
The fittest are those endowed with the qualifications for adaptation, the ability to accept
the inevitable and conform to the unavoidable, to harmonize with existing or changing conditions.

The OP's going to have a difficult time finding those...

Aside from normal maintenance, the valves should be adjusted at 100K.  Yes,
coolant should be flushed, and hoses replaced.  The serpentine belt should
changed, as it should also have been changed at 50K.  Brake fluid should be
changed every 2-3 years, unless you're running silicone fluid (and, if you
didn't change it from the factory, you aren't).  Transmission fluid and
filter should be changed every 30K, along with front/rear diff fluid (even
though the book calls for changing it every 15K - I think that's excessive).

Do NOT run silicone brake fluid in any vehicle with ABS. Silicone
brake fluid will not work properly in ABS vehicles, and can cause
complete brake failure during emergency situations, without any
warning due to the tendency of silicone brake fluid to cavitate when
pulsed by an ABS system.
