front flashers, '98 Dodge Caravan

OK, this is probably dumb but I can't seem how to figure out how to get to
and change out the front flashers of my 1998 Dodge caravan minivan. Do you
go in from the front or the back? Help!!

under the wheel well... there is a little round thing that twists out
