Could somebody please advise me on the best way to drain the torque
converter
on a 96 Neon?

I have a feeling the trans was filled with the wrong fluid about 15 000mi
ago, so I'm trying to
do what I can.

TIA

the only way to drain it is to remove it, or have it flushed with a machine
that pushes out the old fluid and adds new fluid at the same time
