What would be the cheapest OBD scan tool that will read Dodge-specific data
from the onboard computer, and allow me to diagnose airbag system? I'm
currently using scantool.net interface (for another vehicle), but software
for that doesn't even allow me to do O2 sensor graphs.

Alternatively, is there a Dodge OBD protocol specifics available somewhere?

Any suggestions?
