How can I get the HVAC switch bezel off so I can get the radio out?

The cd player won't grab a cd.  If I force one in, it ejects it with an
"ERR" message.

Thanks

RADIO/TAPE/CD PLAYER
REMOVAL
There is a small piece of trim over the cup holder that pops off, behind
that you will see 2 philips screws, take those off and pop the bezel out.
1.. Remove HVAC switch bezel, Refer to Instrument Panel and Systems for
proper procedure.
2.. Remove screws holding radio to instrument panel Radio
3.. Pull radio rearward to gain access to back of radio Radio Connectors
4.. Remove bolt holding ground strap to back of radio.
5.. Disconnect antenna cable from back of radio.
6.. Disconnect the wire connectors from back of radio.
 7.. Remove radio from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedure.

Some recordable compact disc media, such as CD-R and CD-RW, may not comply
with the standard CD format used in automotive CD players. When these CD's
are used, customers may encounter error messages, skipping, or delaminating
of the labels, which can cause an eject failure. It is important to question
whether these kinds of CD media are being used. When customers encounter
these symptoms, check the system with a known playable CD.

Acually it wasnt from a manual, it was a TSB.. I didnt know when you give
out advise or help someone it had to come from the key board, but then again
a.sholes like yourself need to find something to cry about.

Hey you still telling people how to check trans fluid the wrong way??? maybe
you should cut and paste  the right info!!! LMFAO

"""""""Evidently, you didn't think to check the owner's manual?  The above
has

years).
How much older is the "older way" you are talking about?"""

Neither did you. This vehicle is supposed to be checked in park or neutral,
The torque convertor gets filled in Park or Neutral.. The Trucks and vans
need to be checked in drive

These are standard cd's which are purchased at music stores, not home
recordings.  The cd's have to be shoved into the slot, it does not grab
the cd's.  The cd's won't even seat in the player, an edge sticks out.
The problem could be caused be either mechanical or electrical failure.
Thanks for the heads up on this problem.
