EVERY MECH. SHOP I GO TO GIVES ME A DIFFERENT ANSWER AS TO WHAT CAN BE
WRONG. CAN ANY BODY POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION PLEASE? how can i
check to see if its the relay or if is just a horn malfunction?

Well, spend a couple dollars and get a horn relay. Change it and see if that
helps. Christ are you that simple?

Or pull the relay put in the fuse if the fuse does not blow than put in the
relay if the fuse blows it is the relay. If the fuse blows without the
relay then there is a short in the wiring from the fuse to the relay.
