2000 neon #10 blown fuse problem

has any on out there experience problems with the @# 10 fuse blowing --
when i try to stert the car nothing happens and the fuse blows -- its not
the starter -- bench test came back fine????????? help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is the engine seized?  does the starter even try to work while mounted to
the engine?

Didn't I already reply to you what needs to be done? Why do you insist on
posting some many time about your problem but never reply back?
