Possibly a faulty control head. Isnt this still under the 3/36 warranty?

Yes but taking the car to the dealer means having to rent a car for a week
while they figure it out. I just did this a few months ago when the inside
was flooding due to a drain hose from the A/C coming loose. I guess what I
am looking for is someone that experienced the same thing and what the
resolve was.
