Your inside windows frost up because you have moisture inside the vehicle.
The moisture can come from rain/snow brought into the vehicle from your
shoes or you may have a water leak.

On mine, it was the right rear tail-light assembly gasket. It was
dried out, brittle, and cracked. Water came down the channel, and
right through the bad gasket and into the trunk.
A gasket kit is available at the dealer, or you could try some silicon
caulking.

Do you have the heater control on recirculate? Do you run with heat to
the floor? Is your floor mat wet (leaky floor)
Generally, do not use recirc excepr fot maximum cooling in the summer,
and keep the defroster on all the time in the winter (all cool
weather) to keep air over the windsheild. Keep the floor dry.
