My son's 1998 Plymouth Voyager (same as Dodge Caravan) has a weird problem.
When started up, all the indicator lights (the little LEDs in the control
buttons) on the dash blink for 15 minutes. After that they stop, but do it
again when the van is next started.
Any ideas on what is causing this and how to fix it? Thanks.

Nope -- He's not enough of a tech head to change *anything*. Factory
radio/tape player, and absolutely no customizations of any kind.
