Any particular reason you don't want to buy from a dealer?

i would strongly recommend that you use the same thing that was put in by
the MoCo.  all anitfreezes are made of ethylene glycol but the "color"
differences usually indicate the type of rust inhibitors additives in a
particular kind.  green or yellow which is the most common uses silicates
for corrosion inhibitors.  the red and orange that gm uses has organic acids
as inhibitors.  the pink that chrysler sometimes uses (usually in intrepids,
concords and 300's) is a proprietary blend of the two types.

if you use the orange, red or pink in a system with a copper and brass
radiator you will have trouble.  in some systems it is o.k. to swap types of
anti freeze and others it is not.  i saw a mid 90's dodge ram that someone
swapped to the orange without a thorough flush and they ended up with what
looked like jelly in the entire coolant system.  this required that the
radiator be pulled and replaced, all of the freeze plugs pulled and a new
water pump.  it was a mess.

antifreeze is cheap when compared to a potential coolant system failure.  if
you decide to change types be sure and flush the system several times with
clean water before you do it.  if you figure your time to do a proper flush
then it is probably cheaper and easier to buy the correct type of coolant.

if the vehicle is under warranty then by all means go to the stealer and pay
for the correct stuff.  you would really hate to void your warranty over
something as insignificant as a few dollars worth of antifreeze.
