00 Neon wont start all ign seems good

: All wires in harness have power, all sensors are working properly,
coil is good, lots of fuel at the rail, PCM is good, all grounds are
clean.. CAR WON’T START Has anyone run in to this and have a
suggestion? maybe an oddball wire. anything

How do you know all wires have power? You checked every sensor with a scan
tool to verify this? Have you checked for fault codes before you checked
every wire for power? Lots of fuel......what is the fuel pressure? and then
we have the timing belt, have you checked this.
