engine cranks but dont start

2001 dodge stratus the engine cranks but will not start has spark to
all 4 plugs 2.4 dohc engine has 128000 on it pushed that pin in at
the fuel rail where you check fuel preasure gas comes out about an
inch high even put the key on to see if it will push more gas same
thing happened any ideas on what to do

Timing belt alignment at specs? Was the timing belt replaced? Any fault
codes?
