96 dodge stratus short

I have a 2.5l dodge with a short that blows the igition fuse everytime
I attempt to start the vehicle. I isolated the starter and ASD relay
to determine it is not them. I am now going to attempt to determine if
the short is at the fuel pump. If anyone has any ideas were to look
please email me .thanks
