There's been a couple of very good threads on FChat about headlight issues
on 3x8s on two counts - upgrading the bulbs but also installing relays to
overcome the voltage drop through the switch (which also helps preserve the
now irreplacebale switch). Not sure how the TR is wired but have a look &
you should find some stuff worth investigating.
