For now....

T308
(Who can't believe you've ranked the 328 below the TR!)

Not to mention the foolishness of collecting the Maranellos in the
same category as the loathsomely styled 599.

And what is this based on? Personal preference? Current price? Power?
Ferrari Owner Club standards?

...Seemingly with no more thought nor reason than the monthly 'List'
of the late, lamented Spy Magazine.

One of my all time favourites.  I got turned on to it by a buddy who
showed me a very early issue with a photo of a Boxer in it.  I
subscribed right away.  Can it really be twenty years ago?

T308
(Whose top Spy list was "Clinton's First 100 Lies"..)

I meant the monthly, often incomprehensible, Spy List, but the topical
100s were a hoot as well.

It's my understanding that James Woods may very well have topped that
list ....

Firstly, may I sincerely thank you for a provocarive, Ferrari-related post.

Secondly, 308 'bottom tier'? YOU ARSE! I HAVE LOVED THAT CAR SINCE IT CAME
OUT!
I RISKED CANCER AND SMOKED MARLBORO JUST TO HAVE A CHANCE OF
WINNING ONE IN A COMPETITION IN 1984! ..and now, a millenium later, I am
fortunate enough to own one...
...and not just any one, but the exact model that featured in the Marlboro
competition.

Ayhoooooo, good post.

Just wrong, is all ;-)

Mind you, F40 as top tier works for me.

...but then, the F40 is, after all, a 308 on steroids (which proves that I'm
right and you're wrong. So there)

Do you know _anything_ about Ferraris? These should be in a supetier,
above your current top tier. I have lusted after a 512TR since I was a
schoolboy ...

Heh. Do you picture Pamela Anderson in the passenger seat next to you,
too?

...And I wonder how your schoolboy fantasies should trump the reality
of the TR's cartoonish styling, boulevardier performance, and rock
bottom market value?

It shouldn't even be in the company it is (OK, it belongs with the
348), in this admittedly foolish categorization.
