1974 Unidentified Ferrari

I saw this car around town the other day, and I was hoping someone
could help me identify it.  I believe it is a 1974 and it appears to
have a number of race modifications.  Any idea how much a car like

Don't know for sure, but it's either a fiberglass fakeydoo VW or a
heavily rebodied Dino.  I'm betting fiberglass.

That is a Kelmark GT, a VW beetle based kit car.
