Well, it has more interior space than a 355.  Better performance, probably
more expensive to maintain.  Not that it's a "sedan", per se, and I do know
several people who use a 355 as a daily driver.  I'd want the 12-cylinder
engine, myself, every time.

More rear room than most people deserve, great design - lovely
styling; evocative of some past greats without being at all derivative
of them.  Last Ferrari V-12 needing manual valve adjustments could
make maintenance pricey for a DD, but one needn't drop the engine to
change the spark plugs, so that's probably zero-sum...

"Why so cheap"?  One may ask...

...Four-seat Ferraris have always sold like shepherds' sandals, on the
used market; some people just don't get it, and Ferrari buyers can be
extremely, uhm,  "focused" induhviduals...

Personally I'd love one for a daily car, if gas went back to
$.25/gallon...

(BTW:  Please stop shouting.  And black is a terrible non-color for
Ferraris.)

Oh, I don't know 'bout that. Black can make even a Mondial or a Testarossa look
sexy. And you shoulda seen our 355 F1 Spider at SEMA this past week. Sweeet!

Black can make every fat-assed woman looked good too ...for an
unexamined moment.  Magicians and Stylists paint things black for the
same reason:  To hide anything which might break the illusion.

It's not a color, it's a cloak.

Eh...  The dark blue actually works, without hiding the lines we want
to see.

...The one's with the spinning inserts, homeslice?

Oh, and I'm quite sure that you're the looker.

Black is a spiritual colour. Love it or leave it. It's beautiful to me.

<<It's not a color, it's a cloak.>>

Only if it's a shitty paint job.

TDF Blue? Eh. I've lived with it.

Gods, some of those new, aluminum wheels really do look like they could chop
and mince.
