Which of the V-8 Cars require the engine out for the major service?

FYI

I was at Ferrari of Atlanta today and they had the normal cars like 360, but
across the front of the showroom was a GTO, F40, F50 and Enzo, all red and a
dream to have in my garage.

I assume you mean a cambelt change......in which case (AFAIK)

Mondial T (only the "T" which has the 348 engine), 348, 355 & Probably the
F40.
i.e. all those with a longitudinal engine (except the 360)

288, 308GT4, 308, 328 & Mondial can all have their belts changed in situ via
the wheel arch (all have transverse engines). I believe with the 360 they
made access available to the front of the engine through the interior
(removable panel in the firewall) so that can be done in-situ as well.

Not the 288! Never seen that gearbox hanging out under the rear bumper? It
has a removable cover in the passenger fire wall for engine excess. Not sure
how to change cambelts but if you can afford the current market value of
300.000 Euro you probably don't care that much.

See Iaiaiain? You've made a damn FOOL of yourself!

(ackshully, he knows perfectly well that the 288 is a north/south engine,
he's just forgetful in his old age...)

One doesn't get rich or stay rich by blowing one's money indiscriminately.
