I just got done watching both the "Aston-Martin" and "The Making Of"
segments of a series called "Victory by Design" on SPEED. I cried after
the A-M one. These are some of the best sports-car films I have ever
seen. The sound and the film quality, the types and numbers of
incredibly important historical sports cars, it will make you cry.
These guys should be paying me - I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
And, the DVDs are longer and are in full digital widescreen and Dolby 5.1.
Again, I couldn't believe the footage of the various Ferraris, Alfas,
Maseratis, Jaguars, etc., etc. just on the "Making Of" segment. The
"Aston Martin" film was mind-boggling. They finish with a stunning A-M
Group C car (to be piloted by Brian Redman) that apparently never made
the series but gets tossed around for a lap with sound that is simply
indescribable, it's like a werewolf.
Yes, I'm a little out there today, but this is legit. Here's their link:

In related news, did I mention I eventually did
get to drive that silver DB5? It was a dark,
foggy, rainy night so speed was limited, but
now I can finally say I drove one. Amazing
car, simply amazing.
