(your response)

I don't know, I read Julia's message and I couldn't find a single
misspelling as you pointed out in your response post... and it looks
like she is doing the right thing as a newbie trying to figure things
out before paying an expensive attorney.  So... if you want to get
picky, you misspelled the word "professional" in your own email.
Dumb-a.s!  You should stop picking on people at random.

I ask the world, and the great great people out there in the
Psychedelic realm - why would someone want to take advice from a
seemingly paranoid person who works as an investment broker for BT
Commercial Real Estate that likes to pick on women and make them feel
like they are doing something bad?  Huh Mr. Wallerstein?  Is that how
you make your clients invest into what your will is at any given
moment or is that how your entire operation works?  Maybe someone out
there should discuss this with you directly by contacting you at
lwallerstein@btcommercial.com or ring you in the coming months ahead
through 408-436-8000.

Or better yet, someone out there should let your CEO, Mike Kamm know
at: mkamm@btcommercial.com or discuss this with your peers Bryan
Courson and David Klein at bcourson@btcommercial.com,
dklein@btcommercial.com respectively.  Maybe they can knock some sense
into you before you tip yourself over sideways.

Hey, eat sh.t, you f.cking moron!!  You suck.  I didn't think "Miss
Julia's" OFF TOPIC f.cking POST meritd any type of serious response
myself, and said so.  At least Larry tried to help out - I think.  I
stopped reading her slab of fried spam after only a couple lines.

You f.cking goon.  I hate "outers" and smart a.s f.cking web turds like
yourself who delight in spreading other people's personal information
around like so much granola, all because of some perceived slight.  Like
I'm supposed to hand you a bag of Sausalitos because you know how to do
the most rudimentary web sleuthing and then crow over your finds like a
ghoul.  You f.cking loser.  Come and see us in person instead of hiding
behind your pretensions about yourself.

Oh and by the way, you're more than welcome to tell the whole world that
I'm a complete waste to society, am mentally ill, haven't had a date in
many years, use drugs, spout unwelcome and upleasant racisms on
occasion, blah blah blah.  Nobody gives a f.ck, I've already told
everybody, and I think you are a coward anyway.  I know for damn sure I
possess more intelligence in my foreskin than you have in the whole of
your entire worldly knowledge network.

420?  People like you don't understand the real meaning of the symbol.

Did I forget to say "f.ck YOU" anywhere in this?  If so, please forgive
me.  Now please take your puerile premature ejaculations somewhere else.

Prick.

Thanks, M.C.

Upon re-reading, my post could have been gentler, and I've appologized to
"Julia" for
my sarcasm.

But the idiot who wasted time looking me up isn't going anywhere, anyway.
He's just
another nutcase (in the negative sense - not people who are working through
real issues)
and I'm pretty unimpressed.

But I appreciate you taking him down.   He deserved it.

Larry

Julia, the apparent nutcase makes one good point:   Picking on spelling
(barring vs. baring) is tasteless and I apologize.   I still think asking
car enthusiasts tax advice on an issue as important as 2.3 million in value
is a bad idea.  But I could have been less sarcastic in my comments.  Sorry.
That will teach me not to post at the grumpy end of a bad day.  Won't happen
again.

As to 00000000000 etc.  I did not post in my name or my professional
capacity.  While I am licensed as an attorney as well as a broker  (you need
to
do just a little more digging) I don't post tax, or legal advice on the
internet in my professional capacity.  My point was for the original poster
to go to properly licensed tax professionals for her advice, not people on
the internet.   You never know what nutcase you might run into on the
internet.   My secondary point was that if she was going to attempt a
manuever most likely to be disallowed by any taxing authority, publishing it
to everyone on the internet was not a good way to go about doing it.

And lastly, any person who can do well enough to generate a 2.3 million
dollar tax issue based on 4 years of hard work has my respect, irrespective
of  gender, and your protection of her as a woman couldn't be more
misplaced.   Her gender made absolutely no difference to my approach.  And
for you to assume that a woman is less capable of defending herself  (or
counter-attacking) from criticism than a man in this day and age seems
archaic and condescending toward women.
As far as I'm concerned gender has nothing to do with anything.

As to your threats, and call to arms for the "psychedelic" set.............
I take them at their face value.
