Remember a few years ago when my dad had that incident at the Monterey
Historics with a wayward cone? He was going to just toss the broken front clip
off the 512F into the garbage. After I responded in horror to that and begged
to be allowed to take it home with me, he finally realized the error of his
ways and hung it up in the shop.

Good man. Hell, (Hel?) I still have a piece of a
Hyundai Excel I rode in on my 17th birthday that
flipped end-over-end and did a sweet barrel-roll
before ending up upside down.

I was just a passenger in that one. That Hyundai
looked like a bad Countach kit car when it was
all over with.

I picked glass out of my back for three days after
that one. Funny stuff aside from the whiplash.
