I can't tell who's routing for what.  Is it "F2004: 12 of 14*" or "04
C5 Black Coupe" that's for the '70 vettes or against the 308s?

My news reader came out if sync and about 30 pre-amble messages are
gone.

What's the summary on this thread, anyone keeping score?  Is there a
short story available, maybe a TV mini-series I can catch a re-run of
on a rainy Saturday afternoon.

Guy named "*" suggests that Gallardo is good competition
for the 360 and says he owns a Maranello and a 355 but
he may skip on the 360 and consider the Gallardo as Lambo
have upped the ante with its performance.

Tifosi arrive, guns blazing, screaming "there is no competition
for any Ferrari, Enzo rules".

Larry, aka Black C5 Coupe now, previously ReInvestments,
questions if Tifosi are just being blindly faithful and intolerant.

Much flaming ensues, on both sides.

A couple explanations are made.

Cooler heads mostly prevail.

By the end everybody is friendly again except MJF/F2004
is still throwing jabs and Black C5/Larry keeps up the stick-
and-move awhile, recently suggesting he's had his fun in the
thread and he understands what the Tifosi point of view is,
but that it's still fun to play Devil's advocate once in awhile
to level the playing field and sort out the unreasonable.

...and "*" apparently tired quicker than Larry/C5 and has
gone back into lurk mode, probably still wondering just
why the hell there's an open can on the floor and worms
are crawling all over the place.

I'm still REInvestments on Paul's website.   The balance of this all is
tomfoolery.  My posts particularly.  Although they're starting to bore me,
so I dare say they must be putting you to sleep.  Probably time to shut it
down for a while.

Do you want to me to change it?

Now, I don't want to exhume that ancient and rotting thread, that NEVER
died until nuclear weapons were used on it, but if anybody wants
"Rendezvous" on DVD, it appears that wish can now be granted:

Wasn't there some guy claiming that it wasn't a 275 GTB, but rather a
Citroen 2CV with a Renault Megane dub over?

It was an Alpine Renault with 250LM sound dub over, not a claim, it is a
fact.
