Send a mail to MCPD & he'll send you directions (I hope!). As for your wheels, are you on old Metric wheels still? If so you could consider changing them to a set of QV's replacements specifically designed for the purpose that take standard sized tyres. MCPD's got a set on his buggy now so you can see them if you come along next weekend.
