There sure are a lot of Ferraris in Switzerland.  Don't those people
have to pay taxes?

Not much.....a most civilised place from a tax perspective. I believe in
some of the Cantons (Counties) you can go and sit down with the tax man and
"agree" how much tax you ought to pay - or not as the case may be(!)

Luxembourg is another place with a very civilised perpspective on tax....!

Nevada is far, far to close to Kalifornia.  Come to Florida, land of
sunshine and hurricanes.  It's 9:10am and 50* F (10* C) on this fine October
morning in Tampa.
