Is this original Fiat wrench from 1970s rare?

Or can you find these in junkyards? It's a "FIAT" 13mm 17mm open end

Not really rare at all (well not in Europe).

What is more rare is a Complete plastic boxed toolkit from this period which
had this 13/17mm wrench plus an 8/10, spark plug tubular box spanner and
screwdriver.
