Repairs... how much would these cost....

About to buy a 1998 Fiat Brava 1.6 ELX, just been told by the AA the
following
needs done, any clues as to how much a garage would charge....

1. Power steering fluid needs replacing
2. Fog light needs fixing
3. Both rear tyres need changing
4. Rear brake needs it binding changed (or something like that).
5. Steering bias to the left, needs re alignment.

then goto another and ask them
then goto a third, compare prices, compare workmanship, compare reputations
then book it in to your chosen garage.
each garage has a different price for each item
shop around.
