Bravo 1.2 oil change - plug spanner - what size allen key or is is a special spanner ?

Don't know, but it should become obvious if you look under the car.

12mm hexagon but an allen key is unlikely to shift it.  You need a
3/8" or 1/2" socket and rachet.  See :
