High idling Uno

Constantly revving at (I guess, no rev counter) 2000rpm. Any ideas
why? How can I fix?

Check the obvious - throttle cable sticking?  Idle speed set too high?

Stop the car, take off the + cable from battery, wait 15 min and put it
back. That should take care of the problem if it`s an ie engine. (Works well
on a Tipo)
