I bought a second hand S-Reg Seicento S a couple of weeks ago. After
having driven it for a couple of minutes it develops a high pitch
whistle when accelerating above 30 mph, and the brakes suddenly start
doing the same. Any ideas?

Could be a sticky brake calliper. After a run feel the front wheel nuts and
see if one side gets hot.
