Trolley jack point - Fiat Tipo?

Need to change the front disks on my Tipo, and was wondering about where was
the best place to jack up each wheel in turn? Don't want to jack up the
whole front end, just a wheel at a time. Current fave seems to be where
lower wishbone joins the subframe, is this strong enough?

Where you suggest will do ok, BUT bias the load point to the rear/subframe
and not on the leading tail that joins the foremost mount point of the track
control arm. To ensure that you do this use/insert the jack from the side
of the car by the doors and just behind the front wheels. DO NOT use that
tempting little chassis carrying bracket at the front of the floorpan.
This is designed for carrying the car shell around the factory in the paint
shop as is not designed to take the weight of a car with engine, windows
etc.

The other safe place to jack the car is where the wheel changing jack
locates on the sills. The earlier Tipo handbooks had a diagram of how to
make a wooden jacking block with a chanel in it to take the sill lip.
