Uno Fire 1994 194000 km on the clock

I am experiencing very small amounts of black smoke from the tail
pipe, which increases slightly when reved, what could be causing this,
and how can this be fixed?

Burning oil - worn piston rings? For a '94 Uno it'll cost more than it's
worth.
