2002 FE V8- Towing Uhaul 6x12'  - any probs, issues I should know about?

Anyone done this?  I've never towed anything before with my FE.  Any
advice, tips, etc?  I know how to hitch it all up, etc- i'm more
wondering about how much I can put in it and how fast I can go,
etc...I don't want to burn out the engine (or even stress it too much
if possible).

I'm more interested in seeing what you do when U-Haul says "nice hitch....
no you can't have our trailer...."......
