Just out of curiosity how much would you all pay for a 1992 Explorer EB
edition with 99682 odomeer miles, 6 cyl, and a blown head gasket. The
interior is well worn with the from seats needing to be replaced. The
bosy is fairly rusty and eatten up at the bottom. It is unkown weather
or not this is 4x4 or just 4x2, also judging by the wear and tear I
would say the atuall millage is closer to 200,000 not the 100,00 is
shows. I also understand that because there is a blown head gasket it
may have more wrong with it than just that.

Thanks all

You're kidding, right?  Only issue here is how much the owner has to
pay a salvage yard to take it away.

I figured it was junk, maybe at best parts. Just thought I'd get the
popular opinion.

Check out www.edmunds.com.  They show a value of about $600 for
private party sale of a '92 in rough condition.  Value of one in good
condition is probably around $2,000, so you really can't afford to put
much money in one of these.
