on my 98 explorer, the rear wiper blades do not work. When I turn them on, I
can hear a motor that sounds like it's trying to work, but the wiper won't
move, could the wiper motor gone bad?,somebody please tell me what the
problem may be

It's a known problem. Try moving the wiper a little with your hand,
then turn on the wiper. Sometimes it frees up the motor from a "dead
spot"

Yeah, mine does this too, and I think that once I left it on and didn't
hear the clicking noise. After finding the battery dead I recharged
it, but it wouldn't hold a charge any longer so I ended up buying a new
battery. Maybe it was about time to get one anyway, but that didn't
help.
The "move it with your hand" trick works, but it will get stuck again.
Since there isn't much rain where I live (in a normal year) I am
considering just disabling this by pulling the fuse for it.
