Ford has the worst customer service!  I took my new 04 Lariet screw
for a oil change and have them look into a noisy ashtray rattle.  5
hours later it was done and to my surprise nothing wrong with the ash
tray.  I argued with the service manager about it to no avail.  Itried
to speak to the general manager too.  I have sent nasty e-mails to the
dealer ship with no response.  Lastly, do you know when you take a
vehicle in for service and a week or two later you'll get a
questioneer in the mail about your customer experience?.....gee I
never got one here!

If you tell the service rep or the checkout girl that you are very
pleased, you will get the form.  If they have any reason to think you
are not pleased (such as my recent experience with the dealer taking 4
tries to replace the DPFE sensor), you will not get one.
