radio and i dont mind plugging into the powerpoint for power and the
fm modulator works good but the antenna thing is bugging me. I have
it going out the sunroof right now. Dont think this is the best.

Well, mine's a '96 XLT, but...
I have the cable run from the radio under the dash to the passenger door,
the out the door near the door hinge and up under the weather-stripping to
the roof.

you may have to register to view this at www.mysporttrac.com , but under
projects, there are two ways. Most go around the headliner and out through
the third brake lite.

I had my satellite radio antenna professionally installed and they put
the antenna in the center of where the windshield meets the roof. Then
slipped the wire under the windshield rubber to the bottom then through
the rubber into the interior behind the dash to the radio (Sirius ready
head unit.) Very slick job.
