Hello all.  I need to replace the trailer wiring harness that runs
from the right rear bumper connector to the center of the rear bumper.
The 4-wire flat connector has finally corroded.  I guess I could just
cut it off and splice a new flat-4, but I don't want to deal with
shrink/heat wrap, soldering, etc. to keep it waterproof in salty
winters.

Does anyone know the part # I need for this wiring harness?  Any
aftermarket brands or online source suggestions?  I tried to get the
info from my Ford Technical Service Publications CD, but had no luck.

Thanks for the help!

my 1998 has a round capped pigtail hanging off the left tail lamp, for which
Napa has a trailer harness, just plug in and you're off....maybe different
in '97 I suppose
