Greetings All, I have a 98 Explores with 48K miles. All of a sudden the vehicle has started putting out a hum at approximately 30 mph. I can't feel any vibration or nothing else seems to be wrong. When I speed up the hum goes away. I know that is not much information to go on, but if anybody has an idea what would cause this I would appreciate their comments. George Evans Newport News, VA I had a similar problem with my '98. I am not a mechanic so I do not know the exact parts involved.
