Where is it? I am trying to check the fluid level, but cannot find the
dipstick.  Can someone help?

There isn't one, the transmission is a sealed unit. IIRC, to check the
level you need to get under the car, remove a plug on the side of the
transmission, and stick something in there - even then it is pretty
imprecise. This is how it's been from EF2 (maybe EF1?) onwards, the
trannies are designed not to have their fluid checked.

the dipstick and tube was a $65 option when new, its for "authorized service
personnel only, not user serviceable"
