My 88 XF falcon ute is making a noise from the right rear-end.
I thought it was the axle bearing , so jacked the wheel up to spin it
to see
if it was spins smooth ,and it's pretty much locked.Jacked up the
other side just to see if that spun but it's pretty locked to. i had
to drive it home so the car can still turn them, anyone have a clue
what the problem could be ?
How much roughly would a diff cost from a wreckers?

A limited slip diff will lock up if you only lift one wheel at a time
try lifting both wheels at once
