Having just been at Albert Park for the last four days and witnessed all the
V8 Supercar support races I can say that we are in for a crap season. Except
for Ambrose the remainder of the Ford driver/teams are nowhere.

The highlight was Murphy turning Skaife around which put him back in the
pack. And as we know Skaife can't handle running anywhere accept at the
front and tends to lose the plot. He had a spin in the Saturday race all by
himself and then ran into Wills on Sunday. Beautiful, couldn't happen to a
nicer guy.

It wasn't the best of days for 888 in the races due to altercations,
but they are showing good promise, expect to see them get sharp very
quickly. Bargs did well, he was able to keep some quick Holdens at bay
and for a small team, thats not a bad effort at all.
FPR need to get there arses into gear quicksmart, DJR are improving
but not in the same league as SBR.

It looks like HRT are no longer the lone Commodore team. PWR are the
star performers here, GRM and CPR probably the best improvers.

The GP races arn't a 100% barometer for the rest of the season
however, so i'd say wait until the Clipsal before we judge.
