Removing the speedo from an EB takes all of 7 minutes with a Philips head
screwdriver, and they're cheap enough from wreckers these days to not worry
about looking elsewhere.

From memory, you first have to remove the speedo surround, then the speedo
unit. One of them has 2 screws which
could be difficult to locate unless you know where to find them. They are up
behind 2 covers below the speedo unit.
Both the odometer and trip meter on my EB Falcon have stopped working. But
the speedo still works fine.
I haven't fixed it yet. Please let us know the solution if you find out.
