The high beam has stopped working (low beam ok) We took the bulbs out and hit them with 12v - both ok. mmm. What now? Could it be the relay? Where would the relay be for this? Thanks Mark Try checking the wiring circuit, maybe the cluster has a short some where, i recall a friends XD did the same thing and he found a short in the wiring, mainly in the cluster unit itself. Other than that, maybe a wrecking yard might have a whole unit you can test. Good luck. I swapped the relays (which look the same) to see what would happen and bingo high beam works. Thanks all for your help. Mark > Drivers side inner guard @ the top is where they are located.
