I have had my RTV for over six months and have not been able to have a
headphone socket fitted in Canberra. The people I have spoken to
simply look blank and cannot help.
Has anyone attempted this? Any suggestions?
Until I solve this problem (as I did a decade ago with my old F150),
being deaf, I cannot use my radio or my 6-stacker. Three hours of
silence to the coast!

Hi Ken;
             If ya want to have a inbuilt head phone jack, check ya radio
itself for sound outlet, then take the schematics to either Dick SMith or
Tandy they sell a extension jack plug kit designed for most cars that fit a
variety of radios, cd's and tape decks.
